Cancelation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to office@npiap.com. A $50 administrative fee will be charged for all cancellations dated by October 27, 2025. No refunds will be made under any circumstances on cancellations dated after October 27, 2025. Refunds, if approved, will be issued 2-4 weeks after the meeting.
